Support / Error code 15 database corrupt
« on: October 25, 2013, 06:22:32 pm »
Hi!
I just updated to the new 1.0.2.6. version, but the problem I wanna talk about was exactly the same with the old version. I'm running on Windows 7 and I have around 1100 titles on the database.
My database works fine when I search for movies or add new titles. However, whenever I open the Statistics window or even when loading the database, the following error message appears:
"database file appears corrupt ()
bad checksum
checksum error on database page 37949
Unsuccessful execution caused by a system error that precludes successful execution of subsequent statements
Error code 15"
There was a topic exactly about this about three years ago, but I don't know if the problem was solved in the end and I couldn't understand the proposed solutions. I have no experience using the command window at Windows 7 (only some with Unix systems) (http://www.videodb.info/forum_en/index.php/topic,2145.msg11188.html#msg11188 )
Thank you very much!
