Check if you have any filters turned on.
No movies. The bottom part say 0 movies and 0 visible. The filters are all set to "all".

Hi! I Just installed this version but when I open my database from the 0.9 release, it wouldn't show. It's just a blank database. I have over 2000 titles and I wouldn't want to start all over again..

« on: January 30, 2013, 09:10:35 am »IMDb appears to have added "/reference" to the end of URLs for the old display format. If you add that manually in PVD's URL field, it works.
Had the same problem and this fixed it. Thanks Hyomil. Will use this for the meantime.
But it still doesn't download the full credits. The actors and director on the first page are the only ones downloaded. The others (writers, producers etc) are not included.

Got the same prob. It won't download any movie info but the people info works fine.

When I download people info in imdb, eveything is retrieved except the birthdate. I've got it checked in the plug-in options already. Help pls. I'm using ver. 0.9.9.21 on Windows 7.

when i try to update or download people from imdb, this error appears: validation error for column let, value "*** null ***" The insert failed because a column definition includes validation contraints. Error Code: 27. what does it mean?
The biography and other info are dowloaded but the actor's filmography is not included. I just downloaded the latest version (0.9.9.18) and using it with Windows XP Sp2.

hi! I'm not sure if this has been suggested already but a bookshelf viewing mode (covers/posters of the movie) option aside from the list would be a nice addition to PVD.
