Slovenian translation for PVD 1.0.2.7.

Small fixes.

Slovenian.lng is renamed to custom.lng and copied to the program folder. PVD and PVD MOD 1.0.2.7 version then works in the Slovenian language.

Slovenian.lng is attached.

There seems to be some problem with your language file. Could you check the files and send to me again?

If you make the translation file. nostra will be happy to add it to the program. Just translate any [language].rc file in your installation directory. You can use your own translation file simply by naming it custom.lng. The program will load that on startup, instead of the designated language file.
