Ah ok, glad i wasn't doing something silly. I've managed to work around it by deleting the person in question and then adding their info again (as i hadn't linked them to any movies at that point) i appreciate your reply :)

Hi, sorry if this has been asked i've attempted a search but am new to the forums so may have been looking in the wrong place.

I added a date of death for someone but now am deciding to not bother storing any 'death dates' for the actors in my database. However when i go to delete it nothing happens. I remove the information in the field, then click on the green tick (i.e. i've finished editing) and it just reverts back to how it was.

Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?
