I have updated the plugins twice trying to solve this. I'm not running any scripts that I know of. I just posted a new topic about this issue. Hope I'm not junking up the forum. Delete the other post if you wish.

Please make sure you have the latest versions of all plugins and scripts you are using.

Also tried to get movie info from Allmovies.com but no luck there either but I get no error messages. I also cannot download poster picture from Amazon. The movie I'm trying to add is "Cloud Atlas".

IMDB is not working for me. Attached are messages I get. My PVD version is 0.9.9.21 and I just updated all the plugins but still can't get IMDB to work. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but can't figure it out.

No problem :)

As I was typing my previous message suddenly the penny dropped,  wanting to be sure to import exactly the right movie from IMDB, I take the precaution to paste in their url before importing. At the last two I made the mistake to paste in /combined at the end as per my settings at my IMDB account.
Sorry nostra  :-[

Using 0.9.8.18, as far as I can see that is the latest.
Weird thing is that whilst importing it shows the "/combined" url again of IMDB, thought that was a problem we had in the past...

This "socket error # 11001" came back today and is haunting me...
I dearly hope it can be fixed again.
Thx a million for your efforts..

What are your plugin settings and what movie are you updating?
I will fix FilmAffinity plugin probably shortly after release of the next PVD version.

Very simple explanation: I have two program directories and updated the plugin on the wrong one.  :-[
Sorry, sorry and a million times sorry.
It's working OK except for the Technical Specs that were reported by Ivek23. The site displays them in a different way now and they're not retrieved.

Many thanks for the FilmAffinity plans nostra, and again sorry (I'm really ashamed of my sillyness).

Does anyone know what the problem may be?

I'm getting 404 errors and no results as well. Something probably changed at IMDb that will require the plugins be updated. :(

Yes, there are changes and several of these changes have been made at Imdb web sites in the last few weeks. As far as I was a bit more detailed look at Imdb web pages, will have Nostra make a number of changes and invest some effort in corrections for Imdb plugin.

I have noticed that IMDB changed the way that they display the keywords.  That could have messed up the script.
