Unfortunately there is no easy way of merging two records. You can only export the duplicates, delete them and import again selecting merge when asked what to do with duplicates.

By the way: it's always added under a new name, like the Movie "Bal" (Honey). One time it's "Bal" and one time it's "Honey"

That's strange. Can you post the full path of the file and your pvdconf.ini (ussually located in C:\Users\Nostra\AppData\Roaming\Personal Video Database)

I do not know why, but some (always the same) movies are found over and over when I scan for new/changed movies.
When I add them I have two entries and find no possibility to merge them. How can I do that, so that
1. only one entry is there, with merged data
2. PVD will not find the movie again and again?

Yes, I can ignore them, but there has to be reason it's found again and again...

By the way: it's always added under a new name, like the Movie "Bal" (Honey). One time it's "Bal" and one time it's "Honey"
