GDay All,

I have also been experiencing problems when adding series. Whenever I add a series I get the following in the PVD database;

Series Title
 + Season 1
  + Episode 1
  + etc....
 + Season 2
  +Episode 1
  + etc....

Plus I also get;

Series Title s01e
 +Episode 1
 +Episode 2
 +etc....
Series Title s02e
 +Episode 1
 +Episode 2
 +etc....
Series Title s03e
 +Episode 1
 +Episode 2
 +etc....

In the first style of entry, the URL for each episode is written but no other information is in the fields. In the second style of entry I get the video information but nothing else.

My folder structure is like so;

Series Title (folder)
+ Season 1 (folder)
+ Season 2 (folder)

Each season folder contains the episodes for that season.

My File naming includes s01e01, s01e02 etc. to signify which season and what episode it is.

But I haven't noticed the same problem as the OP, probably because I end up adding the info manually using the first style of entry in the database.

I would appreciate it if you could check this problem also.

Thanks

I will trz to fix the plugin asap. Unfortunately, they have switched to ajax, so it could be a bit difficult...

I have to add the episodes manually and enter the URL into each one. I can then get the episodes to update but not the series entry.

Pretty much the same except mine is a manual version.

Any idea who updates the plugins?

I had a quick look at the IMDb site and there does appear to be some changes to the way the Series information is displayed.

Yes, it has changed. The plugin will need to be updated.

...or any suggestions how to get arround it please?

I'm getting by (sort of) by updating the series with TVDb to add any missing episodes, and then updating those with TVDb and IMDb (which is what I do routinely anyway). The IMDb plugin will still update an episode if a valid URL has been recorded.

Hi, is anyone else having trouble updating Series information from IMDb.com?

It appears to go through the process of downloading etc. until it gets to the 'Downloading http://www.imdb.com/.../episodes' section and the crashes out adding a second URL the same as the first but ending with 'episodes'.

Once the second URL is entered it seems to go nowhere because that is what it checks first.

I had a quick look at the IMDb site and there does appear to be some changes to the way the Series information is displayed.

Is there a fix for this on the way or any suggestions how to get arround it please?
