i have a problem with this character "&" for example: "Sta&tistics..." in turkish "istatistik", is it necessary this character "&"?? or "Appen&d"in turkish "İlave Etmek" How can use "&"?

This symbol tells the program where shortcuts are, so you write "&istatistik",
ALT+I will execute the main menu Item "istatistik", wenn you are in "Tools".

Here's my addition. I've translated 0.9.8.18 English file to Turkish as custom.lng.

I have tested it for 2 days and need more Turkish users to give me advise or corrections.
