Actor Info Disappearing

I have been adding in the actors into the program. I recently got Beverly Hills 90210 (don't judge me...lol). But I have been adding actors and have had to add in the character name. As I was going through the list, I suddenly realized the character names just disappear. Any ideas why they are going away?

You can describe the problem in detail and how you do it then display the images. Easier perhaps the problem will be solved.
