File Scanner and imdb
« on: October 22, 2013, 06:35:54 pm »
is it possible to configure the regex file scanner to read and use the tt numbers in a file name for IMDB lookup? It would be awsome if I could just set the tt as part of the file name, and add a regex to search for that to populate records. Would make resolving issues with the same movie title across multiple years so much easier

No,  it is currently not possible, but could be implemented in future versions.

OK, who do I need to bribe to get this minor feature?  :)  Right now its a pain with multiple movies with the same title and different years.
