version 1.0.-xx - issues
« on: October 19, 2013, 11:26:48 am »
1] Downloaded the portable archive - unpacked to folder - same procedure beed doing since 2008
upon the initialization all I can get - despite disabling OA firewall, adding the viddb.exe to 'trusted', is 'updating database structure'
the programme is stuck, doesn't respond at all, that's a bummer

help?

After updating the OA to v 7 the problem persists, I still have not been able to play with the newest version of PVD, let alone start it.

Am I the only one affected?

Feeling desperate, I opened [for the 222th time] 1.0.2.7 and to my disbelief it did open, which never happened before,

here's the window:

Preferences -> visible items -> check what I need and here they are! A thing I'd never dreamed of being fulfilled!

Still, there's the black panel.

what's wrong??

Try to do what I have done to move my v.0.9 database to v.1.0 It works! I have not tried the portable one though...
