Is there a way to make real delete the default? (so you don't have to press extra keys)
It took me 20 minutes to register

No and I would not recommend this really unless you are using PVD in some weird way as fully deleting records will also change filmography and other links to people and movies...

I probably wont once its up and running, but now its annoying there are many copies of my testing.
It took me 20 minutes to register

You can select as many items in the list as you wish—by bookmarking, filtering and/or advanced search, or just by Ctrl-Clicking items—and then Ctrl-Delete them all at once.
