compact list export template

Hi,

I would like to export my movies in a compact list that only shows:

. thumbnails of poster
. title
. original title
. director
. year
. view date

I'd like it to be ordered by view date (from last to first).
Whatever file format, it should be possible to print it to file
so that I could create a single PDF, easily viewable on my ipad
or any portable devide.

I tried fiddling with the existing templates, but to no success (do not know  any programming).

Try svenne's Export templates: HTML List/Frames + Print Layout. Maybe you can persuade him to add [Viewed date] to the templates, along with an option to sort by that. If he's going to go to the trouble, it would make sense to include [Rating], and include both at or near the top of the information presented—perhaps right-justified opposite the title.

You would be able to print the Print Layout version to PDF, but for something like iPad, you'll probably prefer an HTML version—especially if hyperlinks are added.
