i found a new database program: EMDB

i love it

if you are going to use it, go to options, apparance,skin: and select default

because the new skin is awful

It looks like it might be reasonable alternative for those with a small collection of movies and no series, who don't need the power and flexibility of PVD.

I've checked/tested all these catalog programs but still find PVD the best there is.

I have also I've checked/tested all these catalog programs both free and paid and I find PVD the best there is! Only another program is close to it, named EAX but the developer has stopped developing it. In EAX I liked best (and I still like) the clear interface, compared to PVD. But in term of options PVD is the best! If PVD could look like EAX it would be unbeatable!

Movienizer is actually best catalog program. PVD has 2 big advantages, it's free, and all data and images are in one database file, which is great feature.
