Can't create screens with automatic screenmaker of mp4 files. It's trying to capture but didn't show anything.

Are you using the latest version of the program? Does the file name contain Unicode characters?

Yes, I have the latest version of the program, it's just name + .mp4, it won't work.

Now, I do it with the manual screenmaker, it's a solution but it should work automatic.

It works for me, although I have to refresh the record before they're visible.

I use Win 7 Ultimate as well. The problem is 100% ffmpeg not supporting this particular video codec used in your files. You could try to search for another build of ffmpeg supporting the codec you need.

I solved the problem, in the Extra - Options of the screenmaker the MS DirectShow was enabled, now i selected the second where i linked the ffmpeg.exe and it now works fine.
