Allow only one instance
« on: May 02, 2010, 05:55:44 pm »
Hi Developers,

a simple but nice feature would be the option to allow only one instance running. It's a bit annoying, if you accidentally start the PVD while it's already in the notification area, and there are 3 error-messages to click off (because of file locking).

thanks a lot

In the meantime, consider removing pvdtotray.dll from your plugins directory. I find I don't have any use for the minimize-to-tray function in Windows 7. I'm hoping "Add movie from clipboard" and other such things that might be added to pvdtotray will also be added to the program.
