So do you need two separate resulting files or just one for both groups?

Filter out the first group, export.
Filter out the second group, export.

Use Advanced search:
Field name = -1 for True value
Field name = 0 for False value

Oh thats a string field and they both contain "In Collection", so you need to use
= In Collection

never would've occured to me containing is clickable!
and now it works almost perfectly ;)

After I hit 'Export' I get both titles in each line [plain txt]

e.g. Whole Nine Yards, The (Whole Nine Yards, The)

I'd prefer only one, i.e. without the ( )

-Remove
Code: [Select]
({%value=origtitle}) from the template
