PVD 9.9.16

Anyone having issues with AKAs?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089338/

Inferno In Diretta (Cut and Run).  Imdb plugin doesn't provide any AKAs and Allmovie has malformed output.  The imdb url actually has several AKAs.  I have several other movies that are not updating either.

Also having consistent pvd crashes when moving from person mode to movie mode when selecting from filmography.  This occurs when I move from a person added in 9.9.14 (or earlier) to a movie added in the same version.  If I move from a person and movie added in 9.9.15, it works fine.  So far, the only thing I've found that works is to clear the person AND the movie and run updates on both.  Optimize database has no effect.

plugins:  imdb movie 9.2.4, imdb people 2.2.3

I'm not having either problem. Have selected selected Download AKA in the plugin configuration and selected AKA in the field overwrite settings?

ugh !!!  Rookie !!!

Didn't have 'download aka' checked.

The pvd crashes are consistent and reproducible on my system.  It only happens with records added prior to 9.9.15.  I may export the whole database and re-import...it seems to work fine with 'new' records.

The problem is with your images (posters). They can not be read correctly and produce an exception.

Confirmed.  I've been able to resolve the issue by loading a poster into the failing record in the database I sent.

Thanks for the diagnoses.
