Ignore function for when scanning folders for new movies/changed paths

Hi,

I think an 'ignore' column with checkboxes would be useful in the 'Scan folders for new movies/changed paths' function.  So when repeatedly scanning the same folder for new data, files you're not interested in adding won't be found by the wizard on subsequent searches.
